Denturaa policies
Last updated: September 2026. This policy document reflects Denturaa’s clinical and operational standards across all UK clinic locations in accordance with UK GDPR, ICO, and ASA healthcare regulations.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Denturaa website, our online booking portal, and your engagement with Denturaa partner clinics across Birmingham, London, Manchester, Bristol, Nottingham, and Leeds.
Denturaa connects patients with registered dental clinics and clinical dental technology professionals. These terms operate alongside, and do not replace, the clinical consent forms, treatment plans, and medical history declarations agreed in person at your chosen clinic.
All clinical operations adhere strictly to the regulations and professional standards established by UK statutory dental regulators, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and UK data protection law (UK GDPR/ICO).
All clinical examinations, denture designs, impressions, bite registrations, trial fittings, and final adjustments are performed exclusively by qualified healthcare professionals.
Under the Dentists Act 1984 (as amended) and statutory Scope of Practice guidelines, clinical care is delivered strictly according to professional qualification:
In compliance with statutory professional standards ('Obtain valid consent'), no dental treatment or irreversible procedure will take place without your full, informed, and documented consent.
Before starting any treatment, your clinician will explain the clinical findings, all viable treatment options (including doing nothing), the benefits, limitations, realistic aesthetic expectations, material choices, and full costs.
Duty of Candour: We are legally bound to uphold the statutory Duty of Candour. If an unintended incident or complication occurs during your treatment that causes or could cause moderate to severe harm, we will immediately inform you in person and in writing, offer a full explanation, provide a sincere apology, and deliver comprehensive remedial care.
Our partner clinics operate under rigorous healthcare governance, ensuring safe care and treatment, high cleanliness and infection control, good governance, and staff competence.
All dental clinics comply rigorously with Department of Health Health Technical Memorandum 01-05 (HTM 01-05) for decontamination, autoclave sterilization, single-use instrument disposables, and laboratory disinfection protocols.
In compliance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code Sections 3 & 11) overseen by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA):
Online appointment scheduling is provided via our official Google Calendar booking schedule (https://calendar.app.google/9xSETLeBFFvqsvAYA). Selecting a time slot creates an appointment request that will be confirmed by the designated partner clinic.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: To ensure clinic time is available to all patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation. You can reschedule directly via your Google Calendar confirmation email or by calling the clinic.
In accordance with our detailed Booking Policy (/booking-policy), patients are expressly advised and agree to the following operational structure upon booking:
Denturaa and our online booking schedules are designed for scheduled, elective denture assessments and consultations. We do NOT provide an emergency dental triage service via this website.
If you are experiencing acute facial swelling, continuous dental bleeding, severe trauma, or difficulty breathing, do not wait for an online appointment. Immediately contact NHS 111, phone 999, or attend your nearest hospital Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by clinical negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or English law.
Clinical treatment provided in clinic is the professional responsibility of the treating registered practitioner and their clinical indemnity provider.
These terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from website use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If you have concerns about your clinical care, communication, or consultation experience, please see our dedicated Complaints Procedure page or contact our Compliance Lead at contact@denturaa.com.
All treating clinicians adhere to strict professional clinical standards. Patients receiving private dental care have the right to contact the Dental Complaints Service (DCS) at https://dentalcomplaints.org.uk.
